Gossen, Rhonda ^{Individualisierte Person Person}

Rhonda Gossen is a former Canadian diplomat and Canadian International Development Agency manager and works as a consultant to UNDP and UNHCR on the humanitarian and development programs. Rhonda worked in Pakistan three times over three decades and was Head of Development Cooperation from 2010-2013. She also worked in Pakistan for UNICEF and the World Bank. Other postings include the Philippines, Afghanistan, Lebanon and Ghana.
